Luciano named as 2010 AIM Triple A Award
CLARK FREEPORT--The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) has awarded Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) President and CEO Victor Jose I. Luciano as the 2010 AIM Alumni Achievement Award, or the Triple A, for his excellent achievements that resulted in the development of the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport (DMIA).
Luciano was named as Triple A Awardee during the AIM's Triple A Alumni Achievement Award held at the AIM Stephen Fuller Hall in Makati City last February 26 after his success in bringing development at the 2,367 hectare Clark Civil Aviation Complex since he assumed the presidency at ClAC in October 2006. CIAC is the operating arm of DMIA which hosts to foreign and local carriers flying out of Clark.

"I thank the AIM and its Alumni for this award and their support for the development of DMIA, and i can definitely say that DMIA will be the Premier International Gateway of the Philippines and this will happen," Luciano told before guests, and foreign diplomats during the awards night.
Luciano was joined by co-awardee Gabriel Paredes past Chairman of the AIM Alumni Association of the Philippines after his success in the telegraph business in the country. Luciano was a graduate of Master in Business Management (MBM) AIM Class 1970.
Among those who attended the awards night were, AIM Chairman Emeritus Washington Sycip, AIM Chairman Jose L. Cuisia, AIM President Edilberto De Jesus, and foreign dignitaries in the ASEAN and United States.
Every year, the Alumni Association of the Philippines pays tribute to a select group of members with excellent performance in various fields of professionals, entrepreneurial, or developmental endeavour through the Alumni Achievement Award or the Triple A. The basic criteria for the Triple A are excellence and capability related to the exercise of one's proffession.
AIM is a premier graduate school of business and management in Asia, offering graduate education that has molded Asia's business, development, and entrepreneurial leaders and managers for 41 years. The Institute was established in 1968 in partnership with Harvard Business School, the Ford Foundation and visionaries of the Asian academic and business communities.
"We wish to convey our sincerest congratulations to you for having been chosen as one of this year's winners of the AIM Alumni Achievement Award or the Triple A," AIM President Edilberto De Jesus said.
"Your exemplary degree of personal excellence and achievements in your chosen field, and your contributions to the upliftment of the less privileged members of the society is indeed worthy of emulation by the AIM community as a whole."
De Jesus also said "your leadership, service and commitment to excellence is an admirable example of AIM alumni's best. Thank you so much for carrying the torch of management excellence."
